Positivity Hits Automotive Industry

Recent news reports and research have given some optimism to the automotive sector. Just over a year ago the automotive sector in the US was in a sorry state with two of the three American automakers in bankruptcy proceedings. However, sales are increasing and spending has improved to the delight of all those associated with the automotive industry including Paul Dixon, Managing Director from Quality International.

"There was definitely a negative feeling throughout the automotive industry not only in the US but around the world this time last year when the economic crisis hit us," explains Paul. "Whilst many people automatically look at companies directly impacted such as the car manufacturers, people don’t necessarily think about all of those companies and professionals that work as suppliers to the car manufacturers."

With the recent news that sales and spending are up in the automotive sector in the US, this can only be good news for all of those involved in automotive industry globally as Paul explains.

"Whilst a couple of our direct competitors were hit hard by the global financial crisis we maintained our focus on customer service being at the heart of our business values, never compromising on this and offering support solutions at a level higher than our competitors," explained Paul Dixon, Managing Director of Quality International. "As a result we not only rode the storm but grew the business significantly. This news is sure to help us further grow our business and expand the company as the automotive industry recovers fully."
